Biography
Shayne
Fairman is a partner at Austring, Fendrick, Fairman & Parkkari.
He practices in the areas of Family law, Administrative law
and Mental Health law.
Mr. Fairman obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree
from Queen’s
University in 1988 and was called to the Yukon and British
Columbia bars in 1989 after having articled with Austring,
Fendrick.
Mr. Fairman has been a Yukon resident since
he was a child. Mr. Fairman has always appreciated the many
diverse opportunities
living in the Yukon affords, particularly a family-oriented
lifestyle. Mr. Fairman is an active local volunteer and is
involved throughout the Whitehorse community.
Mr. Fairman can be found golfing or fishing
on a warm, summer day and keeps warm in the winter by playing
broomball, skating
or skiing with his family.
More recently Mr Fairman has become very active on behalf of his children with local minor soccer programs
