The Court of Appeal of the Yukon
Territory is composed of the Justices of the British Columbia
Court of
Appeal sitting as Justices of the Court of Appeal of the Yukon
Territory applying Yukon law to the matters brought before
them.
The Supreme Court of the Yukon Territory follows
the Rules of Court of the Supreme Court of British Columbia (with
some
exceptions), and modified as necessary to comply with Yukon
law.
