Bio
Allyssa came to Whitehorse with her family as a teenager and has called the Yukon home ever since.
She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and later returned to Vancouver to attend law school at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at UBC.
Allyssa worked as a summer student and completed her articles with Austring, Fairman and Fekete, before joining the firm as an associate.
Allyssa’s main areas of practice are Family and Criminal Law. She believes that helping clients understand the law is the first step to helping them resolve legal issues in a way that provides for choice and certainty after crisis. Allyssa uses strong and effective advocacy to help her clients achieve positive legal outcomes and delivers practical legal advice tailored to address what matters most to her clients.
